O'Boyle and Co are an accountancy practice based in Longford. Services offered include accounting, audit, tax and general company secretarial support for businesses and individuals. Our experience includes general succession planning combined with good corporate governance advisory eg putting in place employee share schemes as part of succession planning where the children are not yet in a position to manage the company, ensuring tax efficient succession planning where appropriate as well as day to day tax advice to owner managed businesses. With a background in UK and Irish taxation we can offer assistance in relation to UK tax issues, including liaising with UK specialists where appropriate. Additionally we work closely with businesses who offer Business Coaching, Change Management, Financial Planning and Investment and Pensions Advisory to ensure that our clients recieve appropriate advice for all areas of their business in areas where we don't offer advice as a firm.
