Established by Eilis Quinlan in 1992, as a Fellow of the ACCA, the company has since expanded and is now located in Naas, Co Kildare, employing six staff members.  The practice is a Registered Auditor and Approved Training Practice for students.

In 2009 Eilis became Chairman of ISME (Irish Small and Medium Enterprises Association Ltd), underlining her commitment to supporting the SME sector.  She subsequently served three years as President of the North Kildare Chamber of Commerce.
